Rashtriya MUN is the pioneer of the Sa. Ma. Sa (Samajik Manawik Sanskritik), a committee representative of the parliament of Nepal and stimulated in Nepali. Since the commencement of this committee in the first edition of Rashtriya MUN many other MUNs have adopted the ideology of having a committee run on the native language.
The Sa. Ma. Sa today, discussed the amendments to be made in the Muluki Ain and issues concerning rights of gender, sexuality and religion in it. Ranging from the matters of women rights in ancestral property, conversion of religion and the rights of the LGBTI. The debate on the first day was consistent and delegates were determined to make amendments to the traditional Muluki Ain.
After discussion of several moderated caucuses the delegates in unison formed the working paper, presented it and passed it. The day for the representatives of the house ended with a motion of entertainment, the only motion you wouldn’t want to miss where the Deputy Secretary General was asked to twerk and several dances between press members, dais members and delegates followed.
